We are hiring for Christmas Casuals to join the Florsheim team!
This is a casual role, working an average of 9-15 hours per week, with hours increasing across Black Friday week, and into the busy Christmas period. You will need to be able to work on a rotating roster.
Ideally you will be able to start with us immediately.
Key Duties include:
Providing outstanding customer experiences
Striving to achieve all Store and Company KPI's, Targets & Sales Goals.
Visual Merchandising
Maintaining inventory integrity & participating in Store Stocktake

About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join the team at our Sheridan DFO Outlet store as a Christmas Casual.
This is a casual role - ability to work weekends, weekdays and peak trade times (such as public holidays, sale periods and of course, the silly season) is essential.
Provide exceptional customer service through meaningful interactions with our Sheridan customers
Selling of premium products with the ability to highlight features, benefits and care instructions
Ensuring all stock is merchandised and presented to a high standard
Processing and replenishing stock according to company standards
Achieving sales and KPIs through consultation, service, visuals and brand inspiration
