  • Excellent communication and creative problem-solving skills;
  • Proven success in managing and growing a VIP customer base, proactively and regularly calling these customers to let them know of upcoming events and promotions and knowing them by name when they enter the store;
  • Confidence delivering a first-class service at all times to all customers;
  • An abundance of energy, positivity and an ability to motivate others;
  • A huge passion for fashion - you already know and wear the latest trends without us having to tell you, you follow fashion trends on social media and are able to relate to our fashion-conscious customers with ease;
  • Strong leadership and management skills including previous experience managing a team;

Store Manager


We are looking for our next superstar to join our brand and be our next Store Manager at our South Wharf Bras n Things store!

This is a part time position at 30 hours per week across Tuesday – Saturday.

Our Store Managers are outgoing, caring, compassionate, hardworking and dedicated. They have a passion for creating and fostering teams who can provide Customers' with positive experiences, having their Customers' leave feeling confident, beautiful and wanting to return!


  • Leading by example to drive exceptional customer experiences and help them to deliver on team budgets and KPIs
  • Succession planning your team to ensure they can progress into their next opportunity when the time comes
  • The execution of Visual Merchandising in-store and ability to use your own discretion to make commercial decisions
  • Understanding of Stock Management processes and can prioritise tasks
  • Previous experience coaching and providing on the spot feedback with your team.

A minimum of one year experience, a current Victoria RSA, and a basic grasp of beers, wines, and spirits are necessary, with experience in a high-volume setting preferred. Floor experience isn’t essential but will again be highly regarded (all-rounders go to the top of the list!). Cocktail and coffee experience are a plus. We require a bare minimum availability of Friday and Saturday nights, with occasional weekday lunch and evening shifts available for the right applicants.
